IT IS VITALE TO THIS POSITIION THAT CANDIDATES HAVE LEGIBLE HANDWRITING AND CAN READ SMALL PRINT PICK SHEETS AND HAS SOLID COUNTING SKILLS.

Title: Floater Fulfillment Team Member
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Job Summary:
The Fulfillment Team Member supports a high level of inventory accuracy in the stock warehouse. Important job functions include counting, checking, labeling, and stocking incoming goods. Other duties include practicing correct stock and top-stock methods as well as maintaining the functionality and aesthetics of the stock warehouse. The Fulfillment Team Member also supports order fulfillment activities including picking, quality control, packaging, and shipping, all with guidance from the Customer Logistics Supervisor.
Assigned Duties and Responsibilities:
Count, check, & sort incoming goods to verify receipt of items against packing slip and our P.O.
Correctly label or mark goods with an item number, description, and quantity. .
Account for all packages/pallets delivered and receive items into MAS in a timely manner.
Stock newly received products based on First-In, First-out (FIFO).
Maintain a balance between top-stock / back-stock levels and bin product levels while keeping LOT#'s separated and case quantities intact.
Participate in the picking, quality control (QC), packaging, and shipping activities.
Cross-train and back up other warehouse staff as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the stock warehouse and receiving areas including trash,/recycling removal, dry mop stock warehouse aisles, dry mop receiving area, keeping receiving table clean.
Prepare shipments ranging from small package to freight, domestic to international, and orders requiring specialized packaging .
Utilize appropriate shipping carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and freight companies for shipments to meet customer delivery requirements
Communicate daily with Customer Logistics Supervisor to prepare and prioritize orders with special attention given to time-sensitive orders, partial shipments, large orders, or orders that require specialized labeling/packaging.
Regularly maintain the cleanliness of work areas.
Ensure an excellent packaging of supplies within shipments.
Assist with general warehouse operations including inventory counts, organization, and cleanliness.

Position Qualifications: .
High School diploma or equivalent.
Medical device production/assembly line experience preferred. .
Ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate strong attention to detail .
Good written and verbal communication
Positive attitude and strong work ethic. .
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
PURSES AND BACKPACKS MUST BE KEPT IN ASSIGNED LOCKERS. NO PHONES WILL BE ALLOWED TO USED DURING WORKING HOURS. CAN BE USED ON BREAKS AND LUNCH TIME. THIS JOB REQUIRES 100% FOCUS.
