Press Line Operator
Growing rubber molding company is seeking equipment operators for our rubber compression and transfer molding press line department. Duties include reviewing job set up specification, ensuring proper machine set up, and producing parts that meet quality requirements. Making adjustments &/or fine tuning when needed. Positions are available for all three shifts. Benefits include hourly salary, year-end bonus,401K, and company health insurance.
Responsibilities
Reviewing assigned presses and communicating with previous off going shift
Ensuring proper press set up
Producing quality parts and meeting efficiency and reject requirements
Recording pertinent job and ISO information on production run
Maintain a clean and safe work space
Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude required
Deadline and detail oriented
Ability to handle physical work load
Previous rubber industry experience not necessary, but desired.
