Job Title: Journeyman Electrician/Apprentice for Lowe's Spring Rearrangement Project (Temporary, with Potential for Future Work)
Job Location: Various Lowe's locations throughout central and Southwest Oklahoma, with a primary focus on Oklahoma City
Duration: Last week of February and first week of March (Temporary)
Position Summary:
A reputable electrical contractor, is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician or a third or fourth year Apprentice to join our team and assist with the spring rearrangements at various Lowe's locations. This project is being subcontracted through this electrical service company. The primary responsibility will be to provide electrical support during the rearrangement process. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical knowledge and experience, as well as the ability to work efficiently and safely. There is a possibility of more future work as well!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with spring rearrangements at Lowe's locations throughout central and Southwest Oklahoma, primarily in Oklahoma City
- Provide electrical support and ensure all electrical connections are properly moved and maintained during the rearrangement process
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Collaborate with the display team and communicate any electrical requirements or modifications needed during the rearrangement
Requirements:
- Valid journeyman electrician license or currently enrolled as a third or fourth year apprentice
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience, particularly in commercial settings
- Ability to work efficiently and safely during the rearrangement process
- Must have a dependable vehicle for transportation between Lowe's locations throughout central and Southwest Oklahoma
- Must have a complete set of hand tools, including a meter, necessary for electrical work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work from 9 PM to 6 AM on the designated workdays
