Position Details:
- Job Title: Epic Administrator (supports frequent Epic upgrades and maintenance windows after hours)
- Location: Remote (Yale) (see restricted states)
- Schedule: Standard hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with required on-call support (24/7 via pager/phone). After-hours and weekend support is expected.
Compensation:
- Starting salary: $82,742.40 annually (based on years of experience)
Key Requirements:
- Epic Client System Manager Certification (required at time of submission)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Epic Hyperspace client support experience (deployment, upgrades, troubleshooting)
- Citrix / VMware Horizon / VDI environment support experience
- Ability to support after-hours maintenance and Epic upgrades
