Full time, Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30pm. Clerical assistant working in the front office. No weekends or major holidays.
$16-17/HR.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Processing Purchase orders
Microsoft Word and Excel navigation/tasks.
Ordering Supplies
Customer and inter-office communication
Email correspondence.
Answering phones
Invoicing (on the job training for our system)
Filing/organizing paperwork.
Attention to detail.
Self motivated
This job requires attention to detail, we work with a lot of numbers. Punctuality, professional image and attitude, willingness to learn new things, some multi-tasking, good email communication, as well as basic phone skills. You must be able to perform time management skill on your own balancing the tasks of the day. We are looking for someone long term. It’s a great place to be for a permanent position. We are a small family-owned business environment.
