Local and family-owned business specializing in transmissions is needing to hire an experienced outside sales representative.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in outside sales listed on resume to be considered.
Will be cold-calling & generating own leads - no leads will be provided. Will need to be willing and able to source own leads/companies that are able to buy transmissions from anywhere in the country.
- Will need to research new leads, use CSR to communicate with other staff and track lead activities, place customers' orders, and most importantly build lasting relationships.
- Must be 'bubbly' and strong with computers - prefer CRM or shop management system experience
- Strong confident phone voice needed
- Love working as a team
- Must be willing to take continuing education courses - which could be out of town on occasion - typically only once per year
Pay: $18-20 based on experience - commission will kick in once hired full-time by client company and structure of pay will change
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7am-6pm - OFF Friday-Sunday
Requirements: Background check, pre-employment drug screen, driver's license, sales experience
