Accounting Data entry functions and daily communication with both vendors and/or customers and handle any questions or issues that arise. Resolve any escalated discrepancies on invoices. ? Perform General Ledger entries ; specifically loans, sweep accounts, distributions. ? Bank reconciliations ? Assist or perform month end and year end close procedures ? Sub contractor administration and document reviews; making sure we have all certificates of insurance and/or workers comp exempt status on file and W9s ? Administer company credit card program- tracking of expenses and obtaining documentation to support expenses. ? Gather and collect information needed for General Liability and Workers Compensation Audits ? Creating and reviewing state specific month-end for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable by state ? Asset tracking and maintenance of purchase ? Job Costing ? Reviewing sales taxes reports between accounting software and Alalara. ? Assist in making hotel reservations for technicians and issuing per diem checks. ? May be required, at times, to back-up or fill-in for the Accounts Manager. ? Assist in the payments of company purchases. ? Maintain an efficient work environment. ? Support safe work habits and contribute to a safe work environment at all times. ? Respond and attend all requests for company meetings. ? Maintain regular and consistent attendance; while working remotely or in the office.. ? Maintain confidentiality regarding Company’s financial information.
