One of Tulsa's Property Management companies is needing candidates for an Account position. Must have a strong accounting background , minimum of 2 years related experience, a good work history and preferably an accounting degree. General Ledger accounting, recon's, working with budgets, audits are required.
Pay range is 60k-64k Benefits after probationary period:

Job Summary: The Accountant will be responsible for preparation, reconciliation, review and accuracy of Financial statements, General Ledger, Bank accounts, Budgets, Project costs, Annual reporting. Supervisory Responsibilities: ? None, until assigned by the CFO Duties/Responsibilities: ? Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow. ? Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations and bank account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. ? Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and propose corrective action. ? Monitor and review and assist in the preparation of budgets, forecast and financial reports. ? Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and support decision-making processes. ? Ensure compliance with GAAP. ? Participate in audits to ensure compliance and accuracy. ? Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve business performance. ? Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. ? Review and assist with weekly vendor payments. ? Monitor and review accounts payable data entry for accuracy. ? Prepare annual 901 reports and 1099 reporting. ? Prepare and record journal entries as needed. ? Process monthly property mortgage and other payments. ? Other responsibilities as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: ? Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices. ? Proficiency in account reconciliations and analysis. ? Familiar with accounting standards and financial concepts. ? Ability to lead the accounting team. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Education and Experience: ? Degree in Accounting or related field preferred. ? At least two years of related experience required. Physical Requirements: ? Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer .
