Essential Job Duties:
- Independently checks coolant levels and concentration of coolant in machines and records information
- Fills equipment/machines with coolant at proper levels/concentration
- Captures and appropriately disposes of coolant from roll-offs multiple times per day; disposes of coolant and maintains cleanliness throughout the manufacturing area
- Operates a forklift, hand truck, and other mobile or non-mobile devices, machinery, and/or equipment as needed to complete the job; must obtain forklift certification during orientation period and must maintain eligibility to drive forklift
- Inspects, report, and replace equipment as needed
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management
- Follows all safety & operating practices; strives to maintain a safe work environment and reports potential hazards to lead or supervisor
Essential Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Reading skills
- Written and Verbal (English) communication skills
- Ability to accurately distinguish colors and shades
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing environment; may be exposed to loud noises, machinery with moving parts, and hazardous materials/odors/fumes.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 6am-4:30pm
