Small family-owned electrician company looking to hire a supervisor/shop manager at the journeyman level
This person will help crews out on jobs. Will be managing 2-3 OR more jobs at one time. Will include scheduling employees where and when they need to be somewhere.
Must have journeyman license and own tools. Journeyman experience & lead experience required.
Must be able to understand the needs of jobs based on blue-prints including material & man-power to knock the job out. Would also like to be open to bidding more work as needed.
Requirements: Background check, pre-employment drug screen, journeyman license, tools, driver's license
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: based on experience; will get pay increase when hired full-time by client company
