Needing a billing/payroll/tax return person to help reconcile accounts for year end tax returns. Will also operate as a leasing agent on property, showing apartments to potential renters.
they'll be showing apartments just as an regular leasing agent will but will also prepare for year end tax filings. Will need to understand how to reconcile accounts & CC's for cash flow statements.
PREFERS SOMEONE WITH YARDI EXPERIENCE BUT NOT REQUIRED.
