Large production company is looking to interview & hire an experienced office manager to start immediately.
Must have degree in business
Duties include but not limited to:
- Answering phone
- Monitor incoming emails & insure follow through
- Will be receiving orders from customers and coordinating with shippers.
- Checking customer documentation
- Filing and organizing orders
- Creating reports regarding inventory and outgoing orders
- Word, Excel, (Access would be a plus but not necessary)
Pay: $39k-$47k based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Requirements: Background check, pre-employment drug screen, driver's license, business degree
