Structure Louver Assembler - Night shift

Temporary
- Completes final assembly of welded louvers.
- Cut to length and insert pipe (actuator bars).
- Ability to rivets blade brackets to blades.
- Ability to installs manual operators and pneumatic motors and linkages.
- Set timing and test opening and closing of louvers.
- Cleans and spot paints.
- Performs final inspection of louvers and move louvers to shipping or crating area.
- Ability to set up and operate punch press.
- Removes small quantities of metal to clean parts or to produce close fit between parts using portable grinders and other hand tools.
- Drills, taps, or reams holes Aligns components, and bolts, screws, or rivets them together using hand tools or portable power tools.
- Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.
- Louver assembly preferred.
- Prior experience preferred, but not required.
Monday-Thursday 5pm-3:30am
