EHS Technician – SWING SHIFT – $28+ (BA/BS in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field, or 4+ years experience)
Shift – M-Th 6:00 am – 4:30 pm -
The HSE Technician is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of HSE policies and programs, conducting regular audits, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations across our manufacturing sites. Assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures. Identifying and informing management of compliance issues, HSE risks, and improvement opportunities through conducting daily, weekly, and monthly audits. Investigate HSE incidents, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and maintain records. Conduct HSE training sessions for employees. Collaborate with the HSE Supervisor and other team members to enhance HSE performance. Conduct risk assessments for both new and existing tasks and equipment. Innovating on process improvements and managing actions to completion. Training and assisting leads, supervisors, and managers with their HSE responsibilities. Knowledge of local, state, and federal HSE regulations. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field; or 4+ years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in manufacturing.
