City of Tulsa is looking to hire someone for their warehouse at the wastewater plant. The top 5 job duties include but are not limited to: parts & supply procurement, inventory management, stock room organization, CMMS inventory database management, forklift operation.
*CDL A is required for this position*
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-230pm
Requirements: Background check, Pre-employment drug screen, CDL A, high school diploma/GED

1. Parts and Supply Procurement:
- Responsibility: Ensure timely ordering and procurement of necessary parts and supplies for the wastewater plant.
- Details: Maintain relationships with suppliers/vendors, obtain quotes, and ensure that all deliveries meet quality standards and specifications.
2. Inventory Management:
- Responsibility: Oversee and manage the inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.
- Details: Conduct regular inventory checks, update inventory records, and ensure that stock levels are maintained to meet operational needs.
3. Stock Room Organization:
- Responsibility: Maintain an organized and efficient stock room.
- Details: Arrange items systematically, label shelves, and ensure that the stock room is clean and safe for easy access and retrieval of items.
4. CMMS Inventory Database Management:
- Responsibility: Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) inventory database.
- Details: Input and update inventory data, track usage and reorder points, and generate reports for inventory analysis.
5. Forklift Operation:
- Responsibility: Operate a forklift to move and handle heavy inventory items.
- Details: Follow safety protocols, perform routine maintenance and safety checks on the forklift, and ensure efficient and safe handling of materials.
