About the Role
As an Event Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients in our showroom—helping them bring their vision to life with our event rental offerings. You’ll also play an essential role in supporting our expansion into the Arkansas market by building new relationships and generating leads.
This is a detail-oriented, customer-focused position in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for hands-on work at event sites. For the right candidate, this role could transition from seasonal to permanent based on performance and demand.

What You’ll Do
· Provide outstanding customer service in our showroom and over the phone
· Guide clients through our rental inventory and design solutions
· Prepare rental forms and contracts, obtain required signatures and customer info
· Compute rental charges and explain damage waivers and terms
· Make outgoing calls to generate leads and expand into the Arkansas market
· Recommend rental equipment that fits the customer’s event vision and budget
· Demonstrate equipment and provide operational guidance when needed
· Service existing clients and build lasting relationships
· Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
· Assist with event set-up and breakdown on-site when necessary
· Support marketing team in identifying trending and in-demand rental products
· Stay up-to-date with event trends, styles, and industry needs
· Fill in for other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations
· Meet individual sales goals and contribute to team targets
· Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and attend team meetings
· Network with event professionals and represent the company positively
· Additional tasks based on customer needs or requests

What We’re Looking For
· High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
· 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
· Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
· Creative and passionate about event design and customer experience
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Computer proficiency; rental software training provided
· Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
· Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
· Ability to use basic math to solve problems
· Must pass company drug screening
· Patience and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
· Able to understand and complete written and oral instructions
· Willing to work flexible hours as needed for event timelines
