About the Role:
Our company is looking for a dependable and organized Receptionist to join our team at a busy industrial manufacturing company. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of the company and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at the front desk
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder when necessary
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and supporting internal departments
- Ensure common areas and reception space remain clean and welcoming
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members as needed
- Invoicing of completed weekly contracted work assignments in a timely and accurate manner
