Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Custom rubber molding company with expansion plans, looking for Maintenance
Technician to troubleshoot and maintain all of our operational equipment.
Candidate should have experience in the following areas:
Electrical: troubleshoot contacts, relays, transformers, heating elements, PLC's 480, 240, 110 volts. .
Maintain and repair hydraulic equipment, pumps and valves .
Use of a wide range of equipment including but not limited to; torch, grinder drills, hand tools, pipe threader
Willing to train in other areas
Job duties include:
o Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
o Be able to operate independently and organize a maintenance schedule
o Responsible for general facility maintenance .
Other duties as assigned
Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time and be able to lift items over 50 pounds
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Company offers medical, dental, vision and 401 (k). Compensation is S24-S3O (based on experience) to start.
Valid Driver's license, background check, and pre-employment drug screen required. This is a Safety Sensitive position.
