Lawn Care Service company is needing an experienced professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
CSR will be talking to customers to discuss company services offered, help to resolve customer concerns, take payments, call customers before service date to make sure no pets or locked gates on property.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch or 8am-4pm if bring and eat lunch at desk or in our nice breakroom and still answer calls.
Must be computer efficient will be trained to use the Real Green Software System.
Must have a pleasant personality, and wanting to help customers. . The office is upstairs (must be able to physically climb 12 stairs).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
Possess good multi-line phone, computer, Microsoft and interpersonal skills.
Answer phone calls from existing and potential customers regarding Lawn Services and provide information about our Weed Control and Fertilization Program, Lawn
Maintenance, Leaf Removal, Flower Bed and Landscape Maintenance.
Always Repeat Customer's Address And Credit Card Information To Customer To Ensure Correct Lawn Treated and Accurate Information Is Entered Into System
Review incoming email (orders@superiorlawntulsa.com) or phone recorder request from potential or existing customers and take appropriate action to address the request and get back with customer.
Check email and phone recorder on regular basis not to exceed 45 minutes.
Measure lawns with computer software and provide cost estimates for Weed Control, Fertilization and Mowing services.
Always repeat address to customer for correctness.
Assist existing customers who call with billing or service questions.
Email bills to customers as necessary. Example: Monthly Billing. Interact with supervision to address customer questions, concerns or scheduling,
Supervision will interact with Lawn Mowing/Maintenance Personnel.
Use computer software to setup new customer accounts or review existing customer account data to answer customer's questions.
Double Check All Customer Information Entered Into Customer Information System To Ensure Correct Information Including Street Address. Otherwise, Technician Could Possibly Treat The Wrong Lawn!! causing major damage to Wrong Lawn Treated !!
Assist supervision in drafting service proposals for potential new customers, process work payment agreements and utilize email or US mail to communicate to customers.
Contact customers regarding scheduling of service, unlocking gates, putting up animals, toys, etc., obtaining correct credit card information, billing or payment issues, collections, workout payment arrangements as appropriate.
Assist company Weed Control/Fertilization Service Technicians as needed with address information, access to customer property and other helpful information.
Drug screen and background check required.
