Tulsa based Chemical Company is needing candidates for an Office Manager position.
Degree in Business
Office management duties:
Phone, monitor incoming emails and insure follow through.
Will be receiving orders from customers and coordinating with shippers.
Checking customer documentation
Filing and organizing orders
Creating reports regarding inventory and outgoing orders
Word, Excel, (Access would be a plus)
Background check, pre-employment drug screen and valid driver's license required.
