Starting pay between $16 an hour based on experience.
Production now works four (4) 10’s. With the hours being M-TH (5 am to 3 pm), with 2 paid 15 minute breaks. No scheduled lunch, if want to combine the two breaks for lunch, would be a paid lunch. Great benefits! See benefits below job description.
Job Descriptions:
Capstan Hoist Assembler- An employee with the title of Capstan Hoist Assembler will be expected to competently perform the following duties: (This is a general list and is not meant to be restricted to only those duties listed. At any time an employee may be expected to help in another department or area.)
- Follow safety procedures set forth by Company.
- Embrace the quality objectives, policies, and procedures, detailed in our Quality Manual.
- Perform manual assembly of all Capstan Hoist Products.
- Operate test equipment and various fixtures within the Capstan Hoist product line.
- Locate and read assembly drawings associated with each Capstan Hoist.
- Begin learning catalog numbers assigned to each final assembly.
- Exercise proper control of non-conforming parts under his/her control.
- Possess working knowledge of how Capstan miscellaneous part orders are filled and shipped out.
- Possess a working knowledge of how Capstan Hoist repairs are performed and the steps necessary for each repair to navigate throughout the building.
- Manage workflow through the use of product routers.
