A local company is looking for candidates to fill their clerical assistant working in the front office.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Processing Purchase orders
- Microsoft Word and Excel navigation/tasks.
- Ordering Supplies
- Customer and inter-office communication
- Email correspondence.
- Answering phones
- Invoicing (on the job training for our system)
- Filing/organizing paperwork.
- Attention to detail.
- Self motivated
This job requires attention to detail, we work with a lot of numbers. Punctuality, professional image and attitude, willingness to learn new things, some multi-tasking, good email communication, as well as basic phone skills. You must be able to perform time management skill on your own balancing the tasks of the day. We are looking for someone long term. It’s a great place to be for a permanent position. We are a small family-owned business environment.
Hours:
- Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30pm.
- No weekends or major holidays.
